HomeroomReminders: Early Release on Wednesday Wacky Tacky Dance on Friday MathStudents completed an assessment on 6.NS.1 and 6.NS.4. We will start our new unit tomorrow. ScienceStudents started their new unit on Ecosystems and food chains today.
HomeroomMathStudents worked on completing their unit on dividing fractions in class. Students will take their CFA on GCF and LCM and dividing fractions on Monday. ScienceFriday is for Genius Hour. Our Projects are coming along nicely!

MathStudents are focusing on how to determine what to do when reading a word problem. ScienceStudents are working on a unit about photosynthesis, transpiration and respiration.
HomeroomReminder: This Thursday will be our class trip to the Biltmore Mansion, please remember to have a packed lunch, and dress accordingly. Also, students do not need to bring a book bag to school that day. MathStudents are completing stations for the next two days to work on multiple standards that we have covered so far this year. Students will have an assessment on NS.1 and NS.4 this Friday. Our most recent anchor chart and tonight's homework can be seen below. ScienceStudents are working to complete their unit on Structures and Functions of Living Organisms. Some students have completed the previous unit and have started the mini unit on Photosynthesis, transpiration and respiration.
